Job Description
The Cash Management function provides solutions to Customers on how to manage their cash resources and optimise their cash flow.
Cash Management covers deposit and investment account services, local & foreign payments and liquidity management. Customers are also offered digital based facilities to view their cash balances and manage their cash resources accordingly.
As a Cash Management Manager, your main role is the development and design of the Cash Management product.
Responsibilities
- Design the components of a Cash Management solution.
- Organize and offer the Cash Management solution to Customers.
- Ensure Customer satisfaction with the Cash Management product.
- Report encountered issues and achievements to Management.
- Train sales personnel on the features of the product for effective sales.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication skills: English/Burmese language (Written and spoken).
- Knowledge in Cash Management.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook).
- Creativity & Innovation/Problem solving.
- Client focused.
- Analytical Ability.
- Ability to manage a project.
